Marketing Coordinator

An exciting opportunity is available for a creative and detailoriented Marketing Coordinator to join a leading international academy for culinary arts and hospitality training in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the academy s marketing initiatives with a strong focus on content creation visual storytelling and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Visual Media

Plan shoot and edit highquality videos and photos for marketing and communication purposes.

Produce engaging visual content for use across digital platforms including social media email campaigns and the website.

Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visual media.

Marketing Coordination

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and events to promote the academy s programs and activities.

Coordinate with design production and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Track and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements where necessary.

Social Media & Digital Engagement

Manage content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms.

Monitor online engagement and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Support in growing brand presence and engagement through creative digital strategies.

Administrative & Team Support

Maintain the marketing asset library ensuring all files are organized and up to date.

Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project coordination.

Assist with internal communications and event documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or content creation role.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom).

Handson experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Later Buffer).

Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
