Videographer & Video Editor Real Estate

We are looking for a Videographer & Video Editor to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will capture and produce high-quality video content showcasing properties in an engaging and professional manner to attract clients and boost sales.

Responsibilities

• Shoot professional videos of properties (apartments villas offices) both interior and exterior
  

• Edit and produce marketing videos for digital platforms and social media
  

• Apply visual effects transitions and color correction to ensure top-quality output
  

• Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight property features creatively
  

• Organize and manage the property video library
  

• Deliver videos on time while meeting quality standards
  

• Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate videography and editing techniques
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate or marketing videography
  
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects or Final Cut Pro)
  
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment lighting and sound recording
  
• Excellent eye for detail in interior and exterior property shooting
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
