Job Title: Sales Executive
:
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling the company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.
- Present products or services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms of sale.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Follow up on inquiries and customer feedback.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
