Job Title: SALES EXECUTIVE
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in UAE
Sector: Flexible Packaging
Salary Package : Attractive Salary + Performance Incentives
(Apply only if experienced in UAE flexible packaging sector)
Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with at least 5 years of UAE experience in the Flexible Packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Flexible Packaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in UAE within Flexible Packaging sector.
- Experience in selling Shrink Film, Shrink Hood, and flexible packaging.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the flexible packaging and plastics markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
