Chief of Staff, Emergency Cash

Responsibilities
- Own EC goal performance monitoring systems, dashboards, and review processes
- Drive strategic planning and goal-setting processes to align team objectives
- Improve operating rhythms, meeting structures, and decision-making processes
- Develop and advance an EC ‘Brand as Access strategy’ to build recipient trust
- Create and maintain core EC collateral including pitch decks, webpages, and strategic narratives
- Support management of strategic Mobile Network Operator (MNO) partnerships
- Lead high-priority strategic initiatives and serve as a thought partner to leadership
- Collaborate with fundraising teams on market analysis and product framing
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or business operations
- Demonstrated experience building systems and operating mechanisms to improve team performance
- Experience leading strategic planning, goal-setting, or performance management processes
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for executive-level materials
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience developing messaging, positioning, or go-to-market approaches
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in market analysis, audience segmentation, or strategic research
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows to improve productivity
- Experience in humanitarian response, international development, or social impact sectors
- Experience supporting senior leadership or chief-of-staff functions
- Proficiency with data visualization and performance management tools
