Performance Creative Director for Growth Marketing

Thesis, the world’s leading customized nootropics company, is seeking an experienced head of paid creative to own end-to-end strategy. You will drive creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels, writing briefs, mining insights from reviews and competitors, and building testing frameworks.
You will oversee video-first production and guide a team of editors, writers, and freelancers, leveraging AI workflows to scale asset production.
