4D SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Maintain Construction Models

   • Create and maintain construction models using Synchro 4D ensuring they reflect realtime project progress and the most uptodate design specifications.

2. Integrate Project Program with Design Models

   • Integrate project program information into design models using Synchro 4D to create accurate timebased simulations that align with project timelines.

3. Scenario Planning and Analysis

   • Generate alternative scenarios in Synchro 4D and compare them with baseline models to identify potential program opportunities and optimize project timelines.

4. Progress Reporting

   • Provide regular updates visual reports and status tracking on project progress using 4D simulations to ensure stakeholders are wellinformed of key milestones.

5. Stakeholder Presentations

   • Assist in the preparation of presentations for client and stakeholder meetings creating clear accurate and visually compelling representations of the projects progress and future stages.

6. 3D Geometry and Logistics Modelling

   • Model 3D geometry phased logistics and temporary works using Revit Navisworks and Synchro 4D ensuring that the models are complete functional and meet project specifications.

7. Creation of Animated Visualizations

   • Create animated walkthroughs and flyovers of construction projects to demonstrate how the final product will look operate and function in realworld settings.

8. Collaboration with Clients

   • Work closely with clients and project teams to ensure that 4D models and 3D visualizations accurately represent design intent project specifications and construction logistics.

9. Visual Communication of Design Concepts

   • Develop highquality visual materials that effectively communicate design concepts project plans logistics and construction progress to clients project teams and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in developing and managing 4D construction models particularly using Synchro 4D in the construction engineering or architectural industry.
2. Expertise in integrating project scheduling information with 3D models to create timebased simulations.
3. Experience in producing visual materials such as animations walkthroughs and flyovers for presentations to stakeholders.
4. Strong technical understanding of 3D modeling BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes
5. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle complex modeling tasks ensuring that all simulations align with realworld construction processes.
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical data clearly and concisely to nontechnical stakeholders.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams including project managers engineers architects and client
8. Experience in creating detailed 4D simulations conducting scenario planning and offering actionable insights for improving construction schedules.
9. Familiarity with construction logistics and temporary works planning
10. Experience working on largescale or complex construction projects.
11. Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and technologies in the VDC and BIM space.
12. Software Proficiency: Synchro 4D (Required) Revit (Required) Navisworks (Required) Unreal Engine / Twinmotion (Preferred)
