About the Role

As F&B Manager, you will lead the curation, management, and delivery of food and beverage experiences across LINKVIVA’s projects.

This is a hands–on role where you will be responsible for sourcing and managing a diverse portfolio of vendors, ensuring high‑quality culinary offerings that align with each event’s concept, audience, and objectives.

You will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience through thoughtful curation, operational excellence, and strong commercial management.

What You’ll Do

• Curate and manage a diverse portfolio of F&B vendors aligned with event concepts and audiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with food trucks, cafés, caterers, and hospitality partners
• Lead vendor sourcing, onboarding, and contracting processes
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnerships to maximise value and revenue
• Ensure all vendors meet health, safety, and compliance standards
• Oversee food quality, presentation, and service standards across events
• Promote variety and inclusivity, ensuring a wide range of dietary options
• Manage on‑site operations, ensuring smooth vendor setup, service flow, and execution
• Monitor performance and use data, feedback, and insights to improve future experiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to align F&B strategy with overall event delivery

About You

• Strong experience within F&B, hospitality, or event curation environments
• Deep understanding of the regional food and vendor landscape
• A strong relationship builder with the ability to manage and grow vendor networks
• Commercially aware, with strong negotiation and partnership skills
• Highly organised and operationally strong, able to manage multiple vendors and projects
• Detail‑oriented, with a focus on quality, presentation, and guest experience
• Proactive and adaptable in fast‑paced, live environments

What You Need to Apply

• 5+ years of experience in F&B management, hospitality, or event environments
• Proven experience in vendor management and F&B operations
• Strong network of F&B vendors within the UAE
• Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and food regulations
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Based in the UAE or open to relocation
