About the Role

We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic Biology Teacher with IELTS 6.0 who can deliver high-quality lessons, promote student achievement, and contribute to a positive learning environment in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidates will hold a relevant Bachelor's degree, have at least two years of teaching experience, and possess strong English communication skills. Applicants should be skilled in lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and creating an engaging learning environment. Candidates must meet ADEK eligibility requirements, be eligible for ADEK/PASS approval, and provide all required attested documents. IELTS certification is preferred and may be required depending on the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons in line with the curriculum.
  
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
  
• Assess, monitor, and report on students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning
  
• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons.
  
• Prepare lesson plans and assessments aligned with curriculum requirements.
  
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
  
• Maintain an effective classroom learning environment.
  
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.
  
• Follow safeguarding, child protection, and ADEK policies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology.
  
• Qualification must match the subject being taught.
  
• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
  
• IELTS Overall Band Score: 6.0 (Mandatory).
  
• Strong English communication skills.
  
• Excellent classroom management and assessment skills.
  
• Eligible for ADEK/PASS approval.
  
• Ability to provide attested qualifications and experience certificates
