Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a professional and well-organized Female Receptionist cum HR/Admin for a leading high-luxury resort hotel in Al Ain .
The successful candidate will manage front-desk and administrative activities while providing day-to-day support to the HR function. The role requires excellent communication, professional presentation, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reception and front-desk activities professionally.
Welcome visitors, employees, and guests and direct enquiries appropriately.
Answer and manage telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Support HR with employee files, records, documentation, and database updates.
Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Assist with attendance, leave records, and general HR administration.
Prepare letters, reports, forms, and other administrative documents.
Maintain confidential employee and company records.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
Provide general administrative support to management and hotel departments.
Requirements
Requirements
Previous experience in Reception, HR Administration, Office Administration , or a similar role.
Hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred.
Good knowledge of basic HR and administrative procedures.
Strong English communication skills.
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office .
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Able to work effectively in a luxury hospitality environment.
