Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a professional and well-organized Female Receptionist cum HR/Admin for a leading high-luxury resort hotel in Al Ain .

The successful candidate will manage front-desk and administrative activities while providing day-to-day support to the HR function. The role requires excellent communication, professional presentation, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reception and front-desk activities professionally.
  

• Welcome visitors, employees, and guests and direct enquiries appropriately.
  

• Answer and manage telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  

• Support HR with employee files, records, documentation, and database updates.
  

• Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  

• Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
  

• Assist with attendance, leave records, and general HR administration.
  

• Prepare letters, reports, forms, and other administrative documents.
  

• Maintain confidential employee and company records.
  

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
  

• Provide general administrative support to management and hotel departments.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in Reception, HR Administration, Office Administration , or a similar role.
  

• Hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred.
  

• Good knowledge of basic HR and administrative procedures.
  

• Strong English communication skills.
  

• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office .
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  

• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
  

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  

• Customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude.
  

• Able to work effectively in a luxury hospitality environment.
