Digital Marketing Executive

Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join its team in Dubai . The ideal candidate will support online marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, create engaging content, and help improve the company’s online visibility. This role suits someone who understands current digital marketing practices and can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
• Manage and update company social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital promotions.
• Assist with SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and monitor website performance using digital marketing tools.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, engagement, conversions, and other key metrics.
• Prepare regular digital marketing reports and performance analysis .
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communication activities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and other teams to develop marketing materials.
• Research market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and new digital marketing opportunities.
• Maintain and update website content when required.
• Support lead generation and online customer acquisition initiatives.
• Track campaign budgets and help ensure marketing activities are cost-effective.
• Stay updated with changes in search engine algorithms, social media trends, and digital advertising practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive, or Digital Marketing Specialist is preferred.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics , Search Console, and social media advertising platforms.
• Basic knowledge of keyword research and website analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with good attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and identify areas for improvement.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
