Communications Manager

We are supporting a leading federal institution in the UAE in their search for a Communications Manager to join a newly established Executive Affairs team.

This is a high-profile opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on one of the UAE’s most important national initiatives. The role offers significant exposure to executive stakeholders and the chance to shape and deliver strategic communications at the highest levels of government.

As part of a newly formed team, the successful candidate will play a key role in establishing communication frameworks, supporting leadership engagement, and ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across critical initiatives.

Role Overview

The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic communications that support executive priorities. This includes crafting messaging, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting leadership visibility across internal and external audiences.

The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on delivery, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership with the development and execution of strategic communications across priority initiatives
• Draft high-quality materials including speeches, briefing notes, presentations, and key messaging
• Manage internal and external communications aligned with organisational and national priorities
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders across government entities to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging
• Support executive‑level engagement, including preparation for meetings, public appearances, and key events
• Contribute to the development of communication strategies and frameworks within the Executive Affairs function
• Ensure messaging is clear, accurate, and tailored to a range of audiences, including senior government stakeholders
• Support the delivery of time-sensitive communications in a structured and professional manner

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience working within the UAE government or public sector
• Fluent Arabic speaker (essential)
• Experience operating at Manager or Account Lead level within communications or related functions
• Strong writing and content development skills, with experience producing executive-level materials
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively under pressure
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
