AI Search & Organic Growth Strategist

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive SEO strategies and perform advanced keyword research
- Optimize content for AI-powered search engines including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
- Manage on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, and internal linking
- Build SEO-driven content calendars and detailed content briefs for writers
- Develop strategic link-building campaigns and Digital PR opportunities
- Collaborate with developers on technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and Schema markup
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions using analytics dashboards
- Leverage AI tools to improve SEO workflows and productivity
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- 1–2+ years of AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) experience preferred
- Expertise in keyword research and search intent analysis
- Strong understanding of EEAT principles and topical authority
- Working knowledge of technical SEO (Schema, crawlability, indexing)
- Proficiency with SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
- Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
