Overview of the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Contract Executive to join our BYD Aftersales team. This role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, pricing, and administration of service contracts while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will provide contract-related support to branches, manage service contract data within SAP, and contribute to pricing initiatives that support business growth and customer retention.

What you will do:

• Create and maintain service contracts for new vehicle models and update existing contracts as required.
• Manage service contract data within SAP IS-AUTO, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update service contract parts pricing and cost structures.
• Create and administer service contracts for fleet customers.
• Process contract-related requests including transfers, terminations, reinstatements, and refund payouts.
• Provide timely support and guidance to branches on contract-related matters.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and business insights to support decision-making.
• Support pricing initiatives, corporate pricing requests, and new business programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.

Required skills to be successful:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IS-AUTO.
• Experience working with service contracts and pricing models.
• Understanding of gross margin calculations, RSP/NSP pricing, and financial principles.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.

About the team:

You will be part of the BYD Aftersales Team, supporting one of the fastest-growing electric mobility brands within Al-Futtaim Automotive. The team is focused on delivering exceptional customer ownership experiences through innovative aftersales solutions, service programs, and operational excellence. This role works closely with Aftersales, Finance, Fleet, Pricing, and Branch Operations teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder.
• Automotive qualification or experience is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced SAP IS-AUTO knowledge is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of BI reporting tools and systems.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Previous experience working with service contracts is mandatory.
• Service contract pricing or pricing analyst experience is mandatory.
• Automotive aftersales experience is mandatory.

Knowledge & Competencies

• Knowledge of RSP/NSP pricing and margin calculations.
• Understanding of accounting, finance, and data processing principles.
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of data.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
