Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Coordinate and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to create a positive and compliant work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and development plans.
- Identify and address employee performance issues in collaboration with management.
- Training and Development:
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
- Work with managers to identify training needs and implement targeted learning initiatives.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the company’s benefits offerings.
- HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Generate reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
