Data Entry Real Estate

The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for managing and updating all property client and deal data accurately to ensure smooth operations and support sales and marketing teams. The role involves organizing databases reviewing data correcting errors and preparing regular reports to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update property client deal and contract data.
  

• Organize databases for easy access and retrieval of information.
  

• Verify data accuracy and correct errors as needed.
  

• Monitor market updates and input new property or client information.
  

• Prepare regular reports on data status and key observations.
  

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate data is available to support daily operations.
  

Requirements

• Experience in data entry preferably in the real estate sector.
  

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Fast typing and database handling skills.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  

• Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure effectively.
