A prominent UAE-based organization is seeking an accomplished Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and support long-term business growth. This executive-level opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced finance leader with a strong track record of transforming finance functions, driving operational excellence, and contributing to strategic business decisions.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping financial performance, overseeing corporate transformation initiatives, and supporting growth through mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion activities. This position requires a commercially minded leader who can operate effectively across both SME and large corporate environments while leading high-performing finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation, development, and optimization of the finance department

• Drive financial strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives

• Develop and implement robust financial controls, governance, and reporting frameworks

• Gain a deep understanding of business operations to support strategic decision-making

• Lead change management initiatives and improve organizational processes

• Provide executive leadership on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities

Requirements:

• Strong background in both SME and large corporate environments

• Experience driving finance transformation and organizational change

• Demonstrated success in strategic financial leadership and business partnering

• Previous involvement in mergers, acquisitions, business exits, or corporate transactions is highly advantageous

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

• Multi-industry experience is highly desirable
