Legal PA - Elite US Firm

Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to join its Dubai office. Supporting a team of high-performing Lawyers, the role will involve providing first-class administrative and organisational support, including complex diary management, extensive travel coordination, document production, client liaison and general practice management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected firm known for its collaborative culture, high-calibre work and international reach.
Candidates should possess previous Legal PA, Legal Secretary or Executive Assistant experience gained within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are essential, as is a proactive and professional approach to stakeholder management. The successful individual will be a confident communicator, adept at building relationships and committed to delivering an outstanding level of support to both lawyers and clients.
Whilst Arabic linguistic skills is advantageous, it is not essential to this role.
