PA to Primary Headteacher at Kings' School Al Barsha

We are looking for a motivated candidate who can provide high level administrative support to our Primary leadership team. The ideal candidate should possess the capacity to exercise sound judgment in various situations, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong administrative and organizational abilities, and the capability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and discretion. The joining date for this position is 24th Aug 2026.

Qualifictions
Hold a bachelor's degree.

Requirements

Related experience required in working as a Personal Assistant, preferably in an education setting, but not essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally are essential

Local Police Clearance, UK enhanced DBS, home country or UAE and attested qualifications are a prerequisite for all appointments.

Successful applicant will take up their position immediately upon receipt of 3 satisfactory references and a valid police clearance certificate.
