Job Title: Procurement Officer
Department: Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on approvals and deliveries.
- Source materials according to project specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, project teams, and warehouse personnel.
- Maintain purchasing records and supplier documentation.
- Monitor delivery status and resolve procurement-related issues.
Requirements:
- Relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
- UAE experience in construction, aluminium, glass, or façade materials is preferred.
- Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement documentation.
