Operations Executives

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to join our upcoming cosmetic hospital in Sharjah . The ideal candidate should oversee daily operational activities, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth workflow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily hospital operations efficiently.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments and staff.
• Support administrative and operational planning activities.
• Monitor operational processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Handle vendor coordination, inventory support, and service management.
• Assist management in implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and patient experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, administration, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital operations is preferred.
