Description:

A leading company in Dubai is looking for a skilled and organized Technical Clerk to support its technical operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative abilities, excellent coordination skills, and experience in handling technical documentation, quotations, and service-related reports.

The selected candidate will coordinate between clients, technicians, and internal departments to ensure smooth service operations. Candidates with experience in facilities management, MEP, maintenance, or technical services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and maintain accurate technical documentation.

• Receive and record client inquiries, service requests, and complaints.

• Coordinate with technicians regarding maintenance and service requirements.

• Follow up on assigned jobs and ensure timely completion.

• Maintain and update job trackers, records, and reports.

• Prepare operational reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel.

• Coordinate communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams.

• Provide administrative support to the technical department.

Requirements:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

• Experience in preparing quotations and technical reports.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.

• Previous experience in Facilities Management, MEP, Maintenance, or Technical Services is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
