Join OnTime Group as a Medical Representative for Healthcare where you will play a vital role in promoting our diverse range of healthcare services. This position calls for an individual who is passionate about healthcare and has the skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients including hospitals clinics and healthcare providers.
- Deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate the unique features and advantages of our services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance and report feedback to the management team to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Attend medical conferences and seminars to enhance outreach and network opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market conditions to effectively position our services.
- Bachelors degree in life sciences pharmacy or a related field is required.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar role in the healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of healthcare services and their value.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the healthcare market and industry trends is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is a requirement.
