Senior Market Conduct Risk Lead

Capitex in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Manager – Market Conduct Risk to lead development of an independent Market Conduct Risk Framework and oversee governance across the customer lifecycle. You will provide independent challenge to the First Line and ensure alignment with UAE Central Bank standards to promote fair outcomes.
The role covers regulatory engagement, risk assessments, product governance and training, with reporting to senior management and the board.
