Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Draftsman with mandatory warehouse construction project experience to prepare accurate shop drawings, coordination drawings, structural steel drawings, reinforcement detailing, and as-built documentation.
The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience preparing construction and shop drawings for warehouse projects in the UAE, working closely with engineers, consultants, architects, and site teams to meet project specifications, consultant requirements, and UAE authority standards.

Candidates must demonstrate previous experience preparing construction/shop drawings for warehouse projects in the UAE .
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and coordination drawings for warehouse construction projects.
- Develop structural steel fabrication and erection drawings for warehouse structures.
- Prepare reinforcement detailing and rebar drawings for foundations and reinforced concrete elements as per approved structural designs.
- Produce MEP coordination drawings to support multidisciplinary project execution.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Design Consultants, Architects, and Site Engineers to resolve drawing discrepancies.
- Revise drawings based on consultant comments, design changes, RFIs, and site requirements.
- Prepare accurate as-built drawings for project handover.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, document control, and drawing archives.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, consultant requirements, UAE authority regulations, and company drafting standards.
- Support project teams throughout construction until final handover.
