Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions within the warehouse, including inventory management, data entry, and record keeping. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate data entry of all incoming and outgoing products
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse records, including purchase orders, receipts, and shipping documents
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, reporting any issues to management
- Assist with the creation of reports and presentations for management and clients
- Provide support to warehouse staff as needed, including training on administrative processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols within the warehouse
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Experience with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment a plus
