Product Owner

Responsibilities
- Maintain the Salesforce product roadmap and prioritize enterprise features
- Act as the voice of the customer and liaison between business users and IT teams
- Elicit and document requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Translate complex business needs into user stories and technical specifications
- Lead enterprise backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing
- Manage technical documentation including System Design Documents and security testing documentation
- Provide schedule inputs, risk alerts, and status reporting to program management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- In-depth experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with CMS or similar federal agencies
- Ability to gather and analyze information to develop alternative solutions
- Must have resided in the U.S. 3 out of the last 5 years
- Ability to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on technical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Active Salesforce certification(s)
- Experience with Snowflake, AWS, and OWN
- Experience with automation testing scripts and DevSecOps pipelines
