Job Description:
The Senior Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role involves understanding the strategic goals of our clients and ensuring that they are satisfied with the services provided. As a trusted advisor, the Senior Relationship Manager seeks to fully comprehend clients’ needs and works closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet and exceed those needs. With a focus on driving client satisfaction and retention, this position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical knowledge, financial expertise, and interpersonal skills to maintain a high level of client engagement and establish sustainable relationships that contribute to the company’s growth. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on client success and the overall expansion of our business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWI / UHNWI to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure Revenue Targets are consistently being met.
- Understand clients’ strategic goals and align services to meet these objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact and advisor for assigned clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to align with organizational goals.
- Monitor client account metrics to ensure sustained performance and growth.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to address needs.
- Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Develop strategies to expand client base and contribute to business growth.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product and service offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of five years experience in relationship management or relevant role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and handle complex negotiations.
- Experience with CRM software to manage client interactions and data.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client portfolios.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to understand and analyze financial reports and data trends.
