Gym Membership Consultant

• Proactively engage potential members through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and facility tours, to generate leads and build relationships.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective members' fitness goals, lifestyle, and preferences, tailoring membership options accordingly.

• Present membership packages and pricing options, emphasizing the value proposition and benefits of joining the gym to convert leads into paying members.

• Conduct facility tours, showcasing the gym's equipment, amenities, and programs to create a positive first impression and address any questions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

• Demonstrates prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.

• Holds relevant certifications, such as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or other fitness-related credentials, is advantageous.

• Exhibits a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
