Cluster Reservation Agent

Full-time

AccorHotel

Ras al-Khaimah

Reservation Handling:

  • Process individual and group reservations across multiple properties accurately and efficiently.

  • Respond to reservation inquiries via phone email online platforms and travel agents.

  • Modify cancel or update reservations in the Property Management System (PMS) as requested.

  • Ensure all bookings are recorded with correct guest details payment methods rate codes and special requests.

Guest Relations & Communication:

  • Provide prompt professional and friendly customer service to all guests and partners.

  • Recommend suitable rooms packages and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of each propertys features services and room types to ensure accurate guest guidance.

  • Handle special requests such as VIP arrangements group bookings and room block management.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 Year as a Reservations Agent
  • Knowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems is preferable
