Health Insurance Product Innovation Manager

Oscar is seeking a senior product manager in Dubai to lead health insurance product concepts and innovation initiatives. You will translate high-level strategy into early-stage designs, value propositions, and actionable use cases, focusing on lifestyle-based and population-specific offerings.
You will collaborate with product design, clinical, network, actuarial, and growth teams to identify market opportunities and drive pilots, tracking insights to refine or pivot initiatives.
