Apparel Associate

We are looking for a friendly detail-oriented Apparel Associate to join our retail team. In this role you will assist customers with apparel selections maintain a clean and organized sales floor and ensure merchandise is properly displayed. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with locating selecting and trying on apparel.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of apparel displays and fitting rooms.

• Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged folded hung and presented according to brand standards.

• Restock shelves and racks as needed and process new inventory.

• Monitor fitting rooms and assist with returns or exchanges.

• Provide product knowledge and style suggestions to enhance the customer experience.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.

• Operate POS systems to process transactions as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

• Interest or background in fashion/apparel is desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs / 10 kg.

• Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.

• Experience working in a team-based environment.

• Bilingual communication skills (if applicable) are an asset.
