MEP Supervisor - Farm

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations and maintenance across a large farm facility of our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Supervise daily MEP maintenance, repair, and installation activities across the farm.
- Oversee electrical systems, water supply, plumbing, pumps, irrigation-related equipment, and other mechanical systems.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians, contractors, and maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs.
- Ensure all MEP works are completed according to safety standards and operational requirements.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repairs.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and minimizing equipment downtime.
- Ensure proper use and availability of tools, materials, and spare parts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an MEP Supervisor , preferably in a farm, agricultural, facilities management, or large property environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems .
- Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
- Knowledge of pumps, water systems, irrigation systems, and farm facilities is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance activities.
Please note that only candidates with relevant MEP supervisory experience in Farm Facility will be shortlisted.
