Description
We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) operations and maintenance across a large farm facility of our client in Abu Dhabi UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily MEP maintenance repair and installation activities across the farm.
- Oversee electrical systems water supply plumbing pumps irrigation-related equipment and other mechanical systems.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians contractors and maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs.
- Ensure all MEP works are completed according to safety standards and operational requirements.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities equipment issues and repairs.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and minimizing equipment downtime.
- Ensure proper use and availability of tools materials and spare parts.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an MEP Supervisor preferably in a farm agricultural facilities management or large property environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems .
Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
Knowledge of pumps water systems irrigation systems and farm facilities is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance activities.
Please note that only candidates with relevant MEP supervisory experience in Farm Facility will be shortlisted.
