Clinical Pharmacist: Optimize Medication Therapy

Shields Health Solutions seeks a licensed pharmacist to review medication orders, provide phone-based counseling, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize therapy.
Candidates must hold a PharmD and a NY pharmacist license, have strong diabetes and weight-management knowledge, and be proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Experience in healthcare or hospital settings is preferred, with excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure safe, effective patient care.
