Director of Clinical Operations & Therapy Delivery

Talkiatry is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee day-to-day clinical operations and optimize psychotherapy service delivery.
You will scale a large team of therapists, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Clinical Support to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in operations within healthcare, with an MBA or Healthcare Management and strong analytics, preferably with banking or consulting experience.
