We're looking for motivated individuals with a passion for finance and exceptional interpersonal skills. Your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships and selling our banking products like personal loans.
Minimum 2 years of retail banking experience in personal finance.
Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer suggestions.
Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, products, and services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Candidate must be able to work under pressurized conditions.
Candidate must be available in UAE.
