Daily Academic Tasks

• Decorate the classroom bulletin boards every month using bright educational posters and the students' own painting projects.
• Guide small children carefully during outdoor playground breaks to ensure nobody falls from the slides or swings.
• Teach correct pencil grip techniques to help young students trace the English alphabet and basic numbers accurately.
• Arrange small sleeping mats quietly on the carpet area during the scheduled afternoon rest periods.

Rules for Selection

• Educational Degree: A formal Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) specifically focusing on Early Childhood Education is strictly required by the Ministry of Education.
• High Energy: Standing, jumping, and sitting on the floor with children for several hours a day requires excellent physical stamina and a very positive mood.
• Parental Communication: Speaking politely and professionally to parents during weekly meetings to discuss minor behavioral issues or eating habits.
