Purchase Assistant

Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC is looking for a  Purchase Assistant to join its Procurement team in Dubai. This is a mid-level, full-time opportunity for candidates with at least two years of purchasing experience who can effectively support procurement operations and supplier coordination.

The ideal candidate will assist with sourcing materials, managing purchase orders, maintaining procurement records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.

• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely processing.

• Coordinate with the Production and Store departments regarding material requirements.

• Maintain vendor records and prepare price comparison reports.

• Track deliveries and follow up on pending purchase orders.

• Assist in vendor evaluation and procurement documentation.

• Maintain purchase records and filing systems for audit purposes.

• Support import and export documentation processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchase Assistant.

• Basic knowledge of import and export documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate procurement records.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
