his is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, including managing the front desk, handling customer inquiries, managing schedules, and organizing meetings. The Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing the hiring and training of new employees.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and able to multi-task
- Bachelor Degree is preferred.
- Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Arabic and English language is required
