Area Sales Executive

About the Candidate
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience within healthcare technology in UAE
- Experience in selling solutions such as EMR, HIS, or other digital healthcare platforms or products
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Knowledge of hospital networks and enterprise healthcare (regulatory ecosystem / market and) customers in GCC
- Adept at market penetration and strategic account management to develop new logos
- A true hunter mentality: self-motivated, resilient, and hungry to build something
- Proven track record of securing high-ticket contracts within the elite healthcare sectors
- Track record of managing the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach to final signatures
- UAE Driving License
Key Responsibilities
- Building and managing your own pipeline, forecasting accurately and delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Seek business development and Go-To Market opportunities in key healthcare networks including major hospital groups, healthcare providers across UAE
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with C-suite stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, and CIO
- Expand our enterprise footprint by cultivating a strong sales funnel within the healthcare sector
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of legacy infrastructure, identifying customer pain points and specific operational requirements to ensure seamless solution alignment
- Position yourself as a solution-oriented partner by aligning product capabilities with client requirements.
- Responsible for converting marketing-qualified leads into high-value sales opportunities to consistently outperform revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption.
- Execute the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting through contract finalization, ensuring a seamless conversion and a structured handoff to the implementation team
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
