Job Description:
As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for reaching out to clients and presenting our products and services. This dynamic position requires an energetic and self-motivated individual capable of working under minimal supervision while delivering excellent results. You will identify prospective clients, build strong relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Your role is critical in driving business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will have exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in sales. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify potential customers through cold calling and networking activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to prospective buyers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Engage in market research to identify new sales opportunities and growth areas.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and competitive offerings.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to enhance brand presence.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit Daily ,weekly and monthly sales reports and activity logs to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business is a plus.
- A positive, goal-oriented approach with a track record of success.
