Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and compliance with financial policies and regulations. The role involves providing financial insights to support business decisions, improving financial performance, and leading accounting and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and general ledger activities.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor expenses, cost control measures, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Manage financial risk and implement internal control procedures.
• Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actual performance against budgets.
• Support business planning, investment decisions, and financial strategies.
• Supervise and guide finance team members.
• Implement improvements to finance processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with managerial experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and business analysis.
