Front Office Executive

Platinum Coast Hotel Apartments in Fujairah is looking for a motivated and professional Front Office team member to join its hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling guest interactions, reservations, check-in and check-out procedures, and coordinating with different departments to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional approach.

• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

• Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest requests.

• Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth daily operations.

• Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel policies and procedures.

• Handle cash and payment transactions when required.

• Ensure excellent customer service and high guest satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Front Office or Hotel Operations is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.

• Professional appearance with a positive and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• UAE hotel experience is an advantage.

• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.

• Customer handling and hospitality standards
