SYLLABASE Learning is looking for a motivated and professional Admission Officer to join its team in Al Qusais, Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with students and parents while supporting the admissions process in a dynamic educational environment.
The successful candidate will manage student inquiries, coordinate demo classes, assist with counselling, and maintain accurate admission records. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for delivering an excellent experience to prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents in a professional manner.
• Follow up on leads and coordinate demo classes to support the admissions process.
• Provide student counselling and assist with admissions and enrollment activities.
• Maintain admission records and manage daily administrative operations.
• Prepare and submit daily admission and operational reports.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling and sales abilities.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Student admissions and enrollment processes.
• Lead follow-up and customer relationship management.
• Record management and administrative reporting.
• Previous experience in admissions or sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced educational environment.
