F&B Attendant

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the restaurant bar or outlet ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and memorable dining experience. The role includes taking orders serving food and beverages maintaining cleanliness and upholding hotel standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner.

• Present menus provide recommendations and take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently according to service standards.

• Ensure tables chairs and service areas are clean well-set and properly maintained.

• Handle guest requests inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

• Process billing and payments accurately.

• Monitor stock levels of service items (cutlery glassware condiments) and report shortages.

• Follow hygiene health and safety regulations in all aspects of work.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

• Assist in setting up and closing the outlet according to operational requirements.

• Support colleagues and contribute positively to team spirit and service excellence.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is an advantage; freshers with strong customer service skills are welcome.

• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Positive attitude outgoing personality and strong guest service orientation.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
