We are seeking an energetic and responsible Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Kids Amusement Play Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and support play area staff.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor attendance, scheduling, and staff performance.
- Support sales initiatives and achieve branch targets.
- Maintain operational reports and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in entertainment, retail, hospitality, or family recreation centers.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.(Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.(Mandatory)
- Ability to manage teams and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to work on Microsoft Office applications.
- Can work in shifts
- Candidates with prior experience in well-established retail companies e.g. H&M, Zara or equivalent brands will be preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage
