Position Overview
Manage and oversee all aspects of camp housing operations, including accommodation allocation, maintenance, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections and prompt issue resolution. Coordinate and supervise a team responsible for housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accommodation allocation, ensuring all housing needs are met efficiently.
- Manage maintenance and cleanliness of all camp housing facilities.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections, addressing any issues promptly.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in camp management or a similar role.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
