Admin & Accounting Executive

DNP Systems is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Accounting Executive to join its team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates who can efficiently manage daily administrative responsibilities while supporting accounting and finance operations.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, assist with bookkeeping, coordinate office activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office administration, documentation, and filing.

• Handle emails, telephone calls, correspondence, and business communications.

• Prepare purchase orders, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.

• Maintain daily accounting records and assist with bookkeeping activities.

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist with bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and VAT documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, internal departments, the finance team, and external auditors when required.

• Maintain organized financial and administrative records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in administration and accounting.

• Good knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.

• Familiarity with UAE VAT procedures is an advantage.
