Al Mumayaz Information Services is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who are organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to daily office operations.

The ideal candidate will support administrative and operational activities, coordinate recruitment processes, maintain company records, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functions. Candidates who are available for immediate joining and possess strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative and operational activities within the office.

• Make interview calls and coordinate interview schedules with candidates.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.

• Follow up on pending payments through phone calls.

• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.

• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.

• Coordinate daily office requirements and provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements:
